QREL will purchase standing investments or development opportunities and has access to equity of up to £50M for standalone or portfolio opportunities.

Investment criteria include:

  • unexpired lease term of between 5 – 20 years
  • motor dealer or manufacturer covenants
  • single or multi-let assets
  • UK and main European markets (Germany, France, Italy and Spain)
  • Unoccupied assets with existing income stream.

Development criteria include:

  • Well located sites in prominent radial route situations
  • Areas of between 0.5 and 2.0 acres
  • Mixed use schemes considered.
