QREL will purchase standing investments or development opportunities and has access to equity of up to £50M for standalone or portfolio opportunities.
Investment criteria include:
- unexpired lease term of between 5 – 20 years
- motor dealer or manufacturer covenants
- single or multi-let assets
- UK and main European markets (Germany, France, Italy and Spain)
- Unoccupied assets with existing income stream.
Development criteria include:
- Well located sites in prominent radial route situations
- Areas of between 0.5 and 2.0 acres
- Mixed use schemes considered.
