In 2004 Will and Andrew Pettit launched Real Estate Venture Capital Management LLP (Revcap). He takes responsibility for originating and asset managing investments in both the UK and selected continental European markets as well as overall responsibility for running the operations of the firm from the London head office.

Wll was formerly an Executive Director at Lehman Brothers where he was particularly focused on the UK market. He was involved in many of Lehman Brothers' UK deals including the privatisation of Burford Holdings and the £392 million purchase of Green Properties’ UK portfolio.

Prior to joining Lehman Brothers in 1998, he spent 4 years working in property finance with UBK and Nikko Europe PFG.
