Scott is the joint founder of Quadriga. Scott is also a Chartered Surveyor and has 7 years experience in the UK and European Automotive property sector having joined Colliers CRE in 1999 following graduation from Reading University. Scott joined Rob in the Automotive and Roadside group and has worked with a number of significant automotive clients including H R Owen, Mercedes Benz, Mazda, BMW and Citygate Automotive.

Scott managed the acquisition of an €80m auto centre portfolio in France on behalf of LaSalle Investment Management and assisted in the acquisition of an €800m portfolio in Europe on behalf of PAI Partners. Scott has also been heavily active in an advisory role throughout France, Spain, Germany, Italy and the Baltic States on Automotive and Roadside property assets.
