Rob is the joint founder of Quadriga. Rob is a Chartered Surveyor and was previously Head of Colliers CRE Automotive & Roadside group for EMEA for 10 years and has over 20 years experience in the UK and European Automotive Property sectors, Rob advised on a number of high profile property portfolios including the purchase of Moto by Macquarie for over £500m, the acquisition of various Automotive portfolios in Europe in excess of €150m for La Salle Investment Management and the acquisition of the “Octane” Shell portfolio for £473m. He also advised PAI Partners in their €800M acquisition of the Kwik-Fit/Speedy business in Europe and a number of other private equity groups on corporate purchases in the Automotive Sector.

Rob was also the client Director for Mercedes Benz for 9 years and advised on all property matters associated with their entire network reorganisation in the UK. He also advised DaimlerChrysler in the property assets associated with the creation of MB Direct and Mercedes Benz retail group. He has advised many other major dealer groups, manufacturers and after sales retail networks by implementing their reorganization of network property assets, including Pendragon, Penske, H.R.Owen, Inchcape, Hyundai, BMW, Infiniti and Toyota/Lexus.
