In 2004 Andrew and Will Killick launched Real Estate Venture Capital Management LLP (Revcap). He takes overall responsibility for investments, asset management and capital raising. Andrew was formerly a Managing Director in the Global Real Estate Finance Group at Lehman Brothers where he was responsible for the origination, structuring and management of over 70 European real estate transactions.

He joined Lehman Brothers from Clifford Chance in 1995 where he was a solicitor in the Property Finance Group.
