Quadriga comprises a specialist European automotive team of both real estate and financial professionals that provide an experienced management platform focused purely on property assets associated with the automotive retail markets. Through extensive relationships with automotive professionals we are able to provide a single coherent offering to both manufacturers and dealer groups in the four areas of automotive development, investment, asset management and consultancy. This offer allows manufacturers to gain rapid route to market and dealer groups to release equity for business expansion or re-investment.

Quadriga will invest in the real estate used by single and multi-site franchised automotive dealers and other automotive-related retail users. We will acquire properties that are leased back to vendors under medium and long-term institutional leases and also look to develop and reposition portfolios of automotive related properties on a value creation basis.
